Alkemade extends product range with assortment from South African growers

Since this year the flowers from South African growers Zuluflora and Arnelia are unpacked and processed exclusively at Alkemade International. The products of these growers, like Waxflower and Nutans, are very popular and highly in demand. The season, which is now coming to an end, has been very successful, both in terms of product quality as well as in pricing.

New Quality Manager

Since October 1st Alkemade has a new Quality Manager. Peter Gaarthuis has a long track record in the floral business, including a long-term employment at FleuraMetz. With the arrival of Peter, Alkemade is focusing on further professionalization and growth.

Alkemade International

Since 1997, Alkemade International has been importing flowers from all over the world, and prepares them for direct sales and auctioning at the various auctions in The Netherlands. This year the company will be presenting at the yearly Aalsmeer Trade Fair from FloraHolland. You can find Alkemade at stand B1, together with Hogewoning, with whom they share a booth.
